摘要
目的:探讨应用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定茶饮料中硒含量的方法和技术。方法:样品经硝酸-高氯酸消化后用原子荧光光度计测定。结果:在实验条件下该方法线性范围为0.0-2.0μg/L,相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为0.044μg/L,低、中、高3个浓度相对标准偏差分别为5.19%、1.97%、0.87%,回收率为94.9%-116.3%。结论:该方法精密度及回收率高,操作简单,是测定硒的可靠方法。
Objective: This article mainly discusses the method and technology of determining selenium in tea by using atomic fluorescence photometers. Methods:Samples were digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid, and then determined by atomic fluorescence photometers. Results:Under the conditions proposed, the linear range for the determination of selenium was found to be 0.0 - 2. 0 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The detection limits was 0. 044 μg/L and the value of relative standard deviation was 5.19%, 1.97% ,0. 87% in low, mid and high three different kinds of density respectively. The recovery rate of spiking standard for total selenium was in the range of 94. 9% - 116. 3 %. Conclusion:This method is good in precision and recovery. The detection of selenium in tea by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is practicable.
