摘要
目的:在铅的测定方面比较不同仪器的性能。方法:氢化物原子荧光法和石墨炉原子吸收法。结果:氢化物原子荧光法和石墨炉原子吸收法的检出限为0.042μg/L和2.52μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.13%和1.30%,回收率为98.0%-105.0%和95.2%-104.0%。结论:在微量铅的测定方面,氢化物原子荧光法是一种比较好的方法。
Objective:To compare the capability of different devices in determination of minute quantity lead. Methods:Hydride generation AFS and GFAS were used. Results: The detection limit of hydride generation AFS and GFAS was 0. 042 μg/L and 2. 52 μg/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) 3. 13% and 1.30% , recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 98. 0% - 105.0% and 95.2% - 104.0%. Conlusion:The AFS is a better method in determination of minute quantity lead.
