摘要
目的:建立火焰原子吸收法直接测定血液中铁、锌、钙的方法。方法:抽取静脉血,用全血稀释液稀释样品,以硝酸镧为电离抑制剂,直接进样测定。结果:铁浓度在0.50-3.00μg/m l范围时,相关系数0.99992,加标回收率91.7%,检出限(3σ)0.006μg/m l;锌浓度在0.015-0.090μg/m l范围时,相关系数0.9993,加标回收率92.5%,检出限(3σ)0.015μg/m l;钙浓度在0.50-2.00μg/m l范围时,相关系数0.9994,加标回收率96.7%,检出限(3σ)0.006μg/m l。结论:方法简便快捷,测定结果准确可靠,适合于批量分析。
Objective: To establish a method, named flame atomic absorption spectrometry, to determine the content of the serum iron, zinc, calcium directly. Methods:Transfer the venous blood sampling, dilute with whole blood, and use the lanthanum nitrate as the ionization inhibitors, then, direct determination. Results: When the content of iron is in the range of 0. 50 - 3.00 μg/ml, related coefficient refers to 0. 99992, the recovery obtained is 91.7%, the detection limit (3 σ) is 0. 006 μg/ml; while the content of zinc is in the range of 0. 015 - 0. 090 μg/ml, related coefficient refers to 0. 9993, the recovery obtained is 92. 5%, the detection limit (3 or) is 0. 015 μg/ml; while the content of calcium is in the range of 0. 50 - 2.00 μg/ml, related coefficient refers to 0. 9994, the recovery obtained is 96.7%, the detection limit ( 3 or) is 0. 006 μg/ml. Conclusion:The method is convenient and rapid, and the results are accurate. So it is suitable for large quantity analysis.
