目的:了解监狱新入监人员中丙肝、梅毒、HBsAg、ALT的检查结果,掌握本底情况及分析结果异常的原因,为制定该人群的防治措施提供科学依据。方法:对745名新入监人员进行了抗HCV、梅毒、HBsAg、ALT等项目的检测。结果:抗HCV阳性114例,阳性检出率为15.30%;梅毒阳性13例,阳性检出率为1.74%;HBsAg阳性121例,阳性检出率为16.24%;ALT异常93例,异常率为12.68%。结论:监狱新入监人员中抗HCV、梅毒、HBsAg、ALT的检查结果异常中除梅毒外,其他几项的阳性率都较高,达10%以上。
