摘要
目的:了解杭州市涂装作业场所空气中职业病危害因素情况,预防职业中毒和职业病发生。方法:采用现场劳动卫生学调查和对作业场所空气中有害物质监测结果进行分析。结果:涂装作业场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯存在超标情况,苯的短时间接触浓度最大超标倍数为8.8倍。结论:涂装作业场所存在发生职业中毒的危害,应采取综合职业病防治措施,采用合格原辅材料并采取有效机械通风是控制职业病危害的关键。
Objective: To investigate the occupational hazards in the air of painting workplace in Hangzhou for preventing occupational poisoning and occupational disease. Methods:The site labor hygiene was investigated and the concentrations of hazardous factors at workplace were monitored. Results: The concentrations of benzene, toluene, Dimethylbenzene, ethylacetate, butylacetate exceeded the standard. The maximum concentration of benzene was 8. 8 times higher than the standard. Conclusion: There are many occupational hazards in painting workplace. Comprehensive measures should be taken on occupational disease prevention and control. Effective ventilation and qualified raw material are crucial.
