随着市场经济改革向纵深发展,施工企业面临的经济环境发生了根本性变化,如何加强资金管理是每个工程项目所面临的重要课题。此文对现阶段项目资金管理中的突出问题进行分析研究,对如何加强项目资金管理和控制进行探讨,可以为施工企业项目资金管理提供借鉴。
With the market economy reform developing in depth, construction enterprises encounter economic environments that has fundamentally changed. It becomes an important problem for each engineering project on how to deal with funds managements. This article makes a detailed analysis and study on outstanding problems of project funds managements nowadays, and discusses on how to strengthen the management and controlling of project funds, providing references for construction enterprise on project funds managements.
