土地利用集约度评价研究——以天津市为例

Research on Evaluation of Land Intensive Utilization-Tianjin as a case

通过对土地利用集约度的研究,发现天津土地利用存在的问题及趋势走向。以天津市土地利用现状数据为依据,从土地投入强度、土地使用强度、土地使用效益及土地生态效益四个方面选取相应的评价指标建立指标体系,采用多因素综合评价法分别对天津市土地利用现状、天津市各区县土地利用现状以及天津市土地利用集约趋势进行评价研究。结果表明,目前天津市土地利用系统处于基本协调状态,土地利用集约趋势明显,土地利用集约度逐年提高。

This article is intended to find the problems and its development tendency of Tianjin land utilization system though the studies on the land intensive utilization. Based on the current land use database of Tianjin, the paper establishes an index system by choosing evaluation index from the following four aspects-land investment degree, land utilizing intensity, land utilizing effects and land ecological benefit. Then, with the method of intensive model, it assesses the current land-use situation of Tianjin city and other districts and counties of Tianjin and the trend of urban land intensive utilization in Tianjin. The results indicate that Tianjin land utilization is in the state of fundamental coordination, urban land intensive degree is increasing year by year.
