随着我国的城市社区建设的发展,关于社区管理体制的改革已经提上了日程,有些城市也在社区管理体制方面做出了有益的探索和实践。重点分析目前我国城市社区管理体制存在的主要问题及其原因,并探讨了今后我国社区管理体制改革的方向。

With the development of China＇s urban community, the community management system reform has been put on the agenda, and some cities have made useful explorations and practice on it. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems and their causes of the current urban community management system in our country and explores the future reform direction of the community management system.
