网络技术的发展和普及,为大学生的学习生活开辟了新的视野,但同时也对大学生的思想、道德、观念、行为规范等产生重大影响。由于高校通过网络进行思想教育还相对滞后,使高校思想政治教育面临新的问题,因此,构建高校网上思想政治教育的长效机制是网络时代发展的必然要求,也是高校思想政治教育工作科学发展观念的重要体现。只有通过构建高校网上思想政治教育的预测、引导、互动、约束、保障和监督的长效机制,才能变被动为主动,保证实现高校学生思想政治教育的实效性。

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, information networks opens a new perspective for the college students＇ study and life, but it also exerts a great influences on their sensibility, psychology, ideal and belief, moral quality and behavior criterion. Due to delayed ideological and political education via network, colleges and universities are faced with new problems. Therefore, construction of ideological and political education persistent effect mechanism via network in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement of network era development, and is also an important embodiment of scientific development view of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities. Only by constructing the persistent effect mechanism of forecasting, guidance, interaction, constraint, guarantee and supervision of ideological and political education in university network, can we be in active position to realize the validity of ideological and political education in the colleges and universities.
