本文在前人研究的基础上,系统地总结了旧城商业街区改造的理论和实践过程,提出旧城商业街区改造的分析和定位应该考虑哪些因素,才能科学地确定其合理的容量和规模,并制定相应的更新策略。文章提出要科学地确定商业街区的容量及建设规模,另外还从开发模式、交通体系的优化和空间环境的构筑进行阐述。

Based on previous study, the study systematically summarized the theories and practical process, and proposed which factors we should consider when fransformating the old city commercial district, so we can determine scientifically proper capacity and scale, then formulate corresponding renewal strategy. The article put forward how to definite the commercial capacity and the building scale scientifically, more over, The article also elaborate the contents about development mode, transit system and space environment.
