本文以桂阳县城为例,针对目前景观规划建设存在的一些突出问题,从总体规划、详细规划、建筑设计、规划管理四个层面阐述塑造小城镇景观特色的方法得在,旨在充分利用自然的山水资源,发挥小城镇自身优势,挖掘地方历史文化,创造自然环境与人文环境相融合的城镇形象,形成具有一定地域特征的城镇景观特色,提升城镇品位。
