白细胞介素8、15与精神分裂症的相关性研究

A study of the relationship between serum interleukin 8, interleukin 15 and schizophrenia

目的：探讨白细胞介素8，15与精神分裂症的相关性。方法：对52例符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准的患者（研究组），用利培酮和氯氮平治疗。在治疗前后检测血清IL-8、IL-15水平，分别与健康对照组比较。采用PANSS、CGI、TESS量表，评定精神症状、临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果：治疗前IL-15水平明显低于对照组且与依从性呈显著正相关，治疗后G因子与IL-8呈显著负相关。多元回归分析显示，治疗后SI与IL-15呈显著负相关，家族史与IL-8，IL-15呈显著负相关。结论：精神分裂症患者存在免疫功能紊乱，IL-8、IL-15水平受多种因素的影响。

Objective：To investigate the abnormalities of the immune systems in schizophrenic inpatients, and to study the relationship between interleukin 8, interleukin 15 and schizophrenia. Methods ：52 patients who fitted for CCMD -3and ICD - 10 the diagnosis of schizophrenia were measured with PANSS CGI TESS. The patients was randomly divided into two groups Risperidone （ n = 33） and Clozapine （n = 19）. Before and after the treatment, IL -8 and IL - 15 were measured, and were compared with health controis. Results： Before treatment IL - 15 was lower than health controls. Before and after treatment IL - 8 was no difference to the controls, IL - 15 was also no difference to the controls after treatment. After treatment IL - 15 was negative correlation to CGI and familial history. Before and after treatment IL - 8 was negative correlation to G, after treatment IL -8 was negative correlation to familial history. Conclusions： These findings suggest that there are immunme dysfunctions in some schizophrenic patients. IL -8 and IL - 15 were affected by many factors.
