摘要
目的：探讨癫痫患者的人格特征及相关因素。方法：对来院就诊的癫痫患者选取83例，采用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）进行测查，并与60名正常人进行对照。结果：癫痫患者的精神质和掩饰程度两项粗分均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；内外向维度分布较正常对照组有显著差异（P〈0．05），且以外向型更多见。结论：癫痫可改变自身人格特征，在药物治疗的同时应加强心理治疗，以提高临床疗效和生活质量。
Objective：To explore the personality characteristics and related factors of adults with epilepsy. Methods：A case - control study was carried out among 83 patients with epilepsy and 60 normal adults by using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （ EPQ ）. Results： The epileptic group had a higher score in the introversion and masked properties than the control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. In patients with epilepsies, the dimensions distribution of the introversion and extraversion, especially the extraversion, is significantly different form the normal groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： It is necessary that clinicians give psychological support to adults with epilepsy except for the treatment of epilepsy. It is effective to ameliorate the quality of life and improve the treatment effect in adults with epilepsy by psychological support.
