精神分裂症父母教养方式调查分析

The investigation of the parental education way of the schizophrenia patients

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者的父母教养方式的特点。方法：采用父母教养方式评价量表对60例精神分裂症患者与60例健康人群对照组比较。结果：精神分裂症患者的父亲对患者的严厉和惩罚因子分值比正常人组高，精神分裂症患者的母亲对患者的情感温暖和理解因子分值比正常人组低。两组人群的其他因子分值无显著差异。结论：精神分裂症患者在成长过程中，父亲对患者存在过度的严厉和过多的惩罚，而母亲缺乏对患者的理解和情感温暖。

Objective：To explore the characteristic of the parental education way of the schizophrenics. Methods：60 schizophrenics and 60 healthy people were evaluated and compared with each other with parental education way assessment scale. Results： The schizophrenics fathers＇marks of the factor of penalty and severe are higher than that of the healthy; The schizophrenics mothers＇ marks of the factor of the warmth of feeling and understanding are higher than that of the healthy. And it is not remarkable difference in the marks of the other factors of the parental education way assessment scale between the schizophrenics and the healthy. Conclusions： During the growth processes of the schizophrenics their fathers punish their children and are severe to them too much. And the schizophrenics lack of their mothers＇warmth of feeling and understanding.
