摘要
目的:探讨新型健康教育模式对精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P300的影响。方法:将120例首发精神分裂症住院患者随机分成两组,对其中60例实施新型健康教育模式(研究组),对照组采用传统式的健康教育。采用事件相关电位P300于治疗前和治疗后2个月时进行认知功能评定。结果:两组在健康教育治疗前事件相关电位P300各项指标差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05),健康教育治疗后两组事件相关电位成分中N2、P3波潜伏期较治疗前缩短,P3波幅增高,而研究组改变更为明显,两组差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:通过新型健康教育对精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P300的影响,证实其更有助于患者的认知功能康复。
Objective:To explore the effects of neotype health education mode on the P300 of event-related potential(ERP) with schizophrenia patients. Methods :120 inpatients of schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, New health education mode was applied to the study group and traditional health education mode was applied to the control group, Cognition assessment by ERPP300 were used for the two groups before treatment and two months after treatment. Results: There were no significant difference- between in the indexes of ERP of the two groups before treatment( P 〉 0.05 ) , After treatment, the latency of N2, P3 of ERP and the amplitude of P3 were shorter and higher than before treatment, but the study group changed more obviously, there were a significant difference in the two groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Through the effect of P300 of ERP with neotype health education mode on schizophrenia patients, It proved that the neotype health education mode can help to improve its cognition.
