基础教育对高师院校人才培养服务需要的调查——以武汉、黄石两地中学教师为例 被引量:6

A Survey on Teacher Preparation Service Needs for Higher Normal University of Basic Education——Taking Junior and Senior Middle School Teachers in Wuhan and Huangshi for Examples

摘要 本文通过自编调查问卷和访谈目录,以人才培养服务为切入点,从现状和需求两个维度调查了武汉、黄石两地的300名中学教师。结果表明,高师院校应该着力加强对农村教师人才培养的工作,加强与基础教育的实际结合,有侧重地做好教师职前和职后一体化的教育,这些结果对于未来高师院校的改革具有一定的参考价值。 By self-designed questionnaire and interview items, we investigate three hundred middle school teachers in Wuhan and Huangshi on their present situation and needs. The results show that higher normal universities should strengthen teacher education in rural areas, focus on combining theory with basic education practice, and integrate pre-service education and in-service training. The results will have some referenced value for higher normal universities reform in the future.
