摘要
自20世纪80年代中期以来,计算机技术在水文水资源监测资料整编工作中得到了不同程度的应用。近些年来,随着几项新整编工作的陆续开展、新仪器新技术在水文行业中的普遍应用等,以往的整编软件远不能适应新形式的要求。该系统针对我国北方海河流域暴雨洪水特性及水利工程推流方式等特殊要求,考虑水文测验新仪器、新技术的数据输出特点,其数据处理功能强大、图形界面友好、操作简便易行。近两年在河北、北京、天津等地的推广应用中,时效性提高显著,错误率明显降低。文中介绍了系统的研发目标、设计思路、系统功能及应用等。
In recent years,with the development of several new reorganizing jobs and the application of new technology and instruments,the past reorganizing software is far from accommodating to the circumstance. This system focuses on characteristics storm flood of the Haihe River basin in North China and the special requirements of plug flow way of hydraulic engineering, considering data output character of new hydrologic monitoring Instrument and technology. Its function of dealing with data is powerful and graphics interface is friendly and the operation simple. With the application in Hebei,Beijing,Tianjin and other places, timeliness improves greatly, and error rate drops off obviously. This thesis introduces the system, design solution, system function and applications and so on.
