摘要
以全国水利发展"十一五"规划提出的11个指标的目标为评价对象,分析评价"十一五"以来这些指标的具体落实完成情况,并对未来进行展望。
Eleven indexes proposed in the National Water Development in the llth Five-year Planning are used as the assessment targets in this paper. The implementation of these 11 indexes since 2006 is analyzed. The development foreground is prospected.
