摘要
某重型卡车变速箱在重载时出现输出齿轮副折齿现象,而在进行静载试验时却有足够的安全裕度,为此进行计算机仿真以找出导致该齿轮副破坏的原因。首先利用Pro/E分别建立在理想状态和变形状态下的实体几何模型,然后将模型导入到ANSYS中,最后使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA求解器求解。结果表明,由变形造成的冲击应力显著。
The tooth of the output gear broke when the gearbox of a heavy truck was at heavy-duty. But there was enough safe coefficient when a static load was exerted on it in a trial. Computer simulation is carried out to find the cause of this phenomenon. First step of the research is to establish the geometric model of the gear pair in ideal state and distorted state respectively. Then imports the model into ANSYS. The last step is to solve the problem with ANSYS/LS--DYNA. The results demonstrate that impact stress caused by deformation is obvious.
