摘要
基于Pro/E的自顶向下设计方法对型号为CA3253P7K2T1AE的解放平头柴油自卸重型卡车上装进行结构、尺寸链、空间关系定义,根据Pro/E的单一数据库功能和自顶向下的设计原理,通过提取顶级骨架控制参数,建立数字化三维模型,使顶级骨架控制参数能够驱动数字化三维模型来自动修改工程图和材料BOM,缩短产品设计周期,大大减轻设计人员重复修改图纸的工作量,使设计人员专注于结构优化。
Taking CA3253P7K2T1AE heavy dump truck as example, this paper introduced the refit design based on top-down method in Pro/E. Firstly,the top-down structure,size chain and spatial relationship were defined; secondly, according to Pro/E single database function and top-down design principle,by extracting the top skeleton controlling parameters ,the digital 3D model was set up. Driving the model by the top skeleton controlling parameters can modify the engineering drawings and the bill of material. So the product design cycle is shortened ,the duplication of design drawings is cut down ,and the designers can focus on the structure optimization.
