摘要
为克服过去采用非数字化仪表测量易产生的读数误差等问题,设计开发了轴承内圈内径加工精度统计质量监控系统,提高了轴承内圈内径的质量检验效率,保证了轴承内圈的产品质量。该系统主要包括检测装置、数字量表、采集接口和微型计算机4个部分,其中检测装置可满足轴承内圈内径全系列的要求。
The statistical quality monitoring system for the machining precision of the internal diameter of hearing inner ring is developed,to overcome the shortcomings in non-digital instrument measurement,such as reading-error and so on. This systern is used to improve the test efficiency and ensure the quality of bearing inner ring. It includes four parts: test apparatus,digital instrument,acquisition interface and microcomputer. The test apparatus can ensure the rest of all bearing inner rings.
