摘要
介绍了自动驾驶仪的换档机械手与油门、制动和离合器机械腿的机构设计,以及PLC控制步进电机在基于汽车尾气排放检测自动驾驶仪中的控制原理与应用,详细讨论了自动驾驶仪控制系统及各硬件的选型,最后讲述了程序设计方法。经实验证实该方法编程容易、系统运行稳定。
This paper presents the mechanism design of the shift manipulator,the machinery legs about accelerator, brake and clutch of an automatic driving robot ,as well as the application of PLC-based stepping motor in the automatic driving robot. The design of autoniatic driving robot control system and the choice of system hardware are discussed particularly. Lastly the paper presents the method of program design. The system is easy to programme and stable to run.
