摘要
分析了利用PMAC-PCI的PID调节功能提高数控系统的精度、降低系统跟踪误差的重要性。建立了基于-的控制算法,并通过参数的调整加以验证。
This paper analyzes the importance of PID parameters adjustment based on PMAC--PCI motion control card in NC system. The control accuracy can be improved greatly,and the following error can be reduced substantially. A PID control algorithm based on PMAC- PCI was given and testified by experiments.
