摘要
将甲醇裂解气作为普通汽油发动机的代用燃料时,为了让甲醇裂解气发动机可以正常工作,根据流体力学原理,重新设计了甲醇裂解气发动机专用混合器。为了防止裂解气发动机工作时出现爆震,设计制作了一套爆震传感器及其放大电路用以驱动加浓燃油喷射系统。新结构的混合器可以使空气和工作燃质更好地混合,当工作燃质不足时还可以利用燃油喷射系统加浓燃质,使甲醇裂解气发动机正常工作。
When dissociated methanol gas is used instead of gas in general engine, a new special mixer is designed based on hvdromechanics principle ,to make the engine work normal. To prevent knock in dissociated methanol gas engine ,a new set of knock sensor and amplifying circuit is manufactured,to drive graduation gas injection system. New structure can work well in mixing air with dissociated methanol gas,and when dissociated methanol gas is decreasing,it can enrich gas as oil engine.
