摘要
针对渤船重工在用的25×10000三星辊扳机液压系统压下缸高精度同步要求进行升级改造,应用高频响比例方向阀、位移传感器等构成位置闭环系统,使系统响应、位置精度等大大提高。改造后的辊压缸(系统)同步误差小于0.2 mm。
The 25 × 10000 starriness hydraulic roller system's high precision synchronization is requested. By applying position closed loop system, which consists of high frequency response proportional valve and displacement sensor, the old system's response position and precision have been improved greatly. The updated system's synchronization error will be within 0.2 millimeler.
