摘要
介绍了防爆胶轮车的应用场景以及防爆柴油发动机进气和排气系统冷却装置的结构设计、主要冷却部件的作用、废气冷却的方法;并以WqC2J型防爆胶轮车的柴油发动机为例计算了废气箱的水容量。
This paper describes the application scenarios of flameproof rubber-tyred vehicle,tile structure design of flameproof diesel engine's cooling apparatus, the effect of main cooling package,and the cooling method of exhaust gas. The paper also gives the calculation of waste heat box's water capacity by taking WqC2J mine flameproof rubber-tyred vehicle as an example.
