摘要
通过对传统的转速测量方法的深入分析,提出了一种新的高变速高精度多通道转速测量算法,新测速算法在不提高对转速霍尔传感器要求的基础上实现高变转速的快速精确测量,解决了常规转速测量仪表无法在较宽范围内取得较高测量精度的问题。利用所提出的软硬件方案,在2~18 000 r/min的转速范围内,测量精度可达0.01%。
According to deep investigation into traditional measure method of rotate speed,a new highly variable speed and high precision multi-channels measure algorithm is put forward.The new algorithm has realized fast and exact measure of highly variable rotate speed based on no improvement of the demand of rotate speed Hall sensor.The algorithm for high-precision and wide-range angular speed measuring was developed.The validity is demonstrated in a prototype design with 0.01% in precision and 2-18 000 r/min in range.
