摘要
等温输送是原油管道输送未来发展的方向.为了对原油不加热等温输送的工艺参数进行准确计算,从原油输送管道的热平衡方程出发,综合考虑了保温材料性质、保温层厚度和管道埋深对总传热系数的影响,不同流态对摩阻系数的影响等因素,给出了原油不加热等温输送工艺计算的完整数学模型和计算方法.计算表明,模型及其算法适用于紊流的不同流态区,能较好地反映原油不加热等温输送各工艺参数之间的制约关系.文中模型和算法为原油不加热等温输送的工艺计算和优化设计提供了理论依据.
The isothermal pipelining of crude oil is future development trend.On the basis of the heat balance equation of crude oil pipelining,the effects of the property of thermal insulation material,the thickness of thermal insulation layer and the buried depth of pipeline on overall heat transfer coefficient,and the effect of different flow states on flow friction coefficient being comprehensively considered,the mathematic model and method for calculating the technological parameters of isothermal pipelining of crude oil without heating are presented.The calculation results show that this model and calculation method suit for different turbulent flow regions,and they can be better used calculating the technological parameters of isothermal pipelining of crude oil without heating.The model and the method provide basic theory for the technological calculation and optimum design of the isothermal pipelining of crude oil without heating.
