Xu Wei the Poet and His Poems

明代嘉靖年间,倭寇大肆骚扰东南沿海地区,绍兴也是受倭害较严重地区之一。山阴(今绍兴)人徐渭亲身参与战争,从嘉靖三十二年(1553)到三十六年(1557)的五年,以及嘉靖三十六年(1557)十二月直至四十一年(1562)十一月在胡宗宪府中的又五年幕府生涯,前后写下了38首抗倭战争诗。江南(特别是绍兴及其周边地区)抗倭几年对诗人来说是一个特殊时期,故特将其事其诗列出而论。

During the Jia - Qing reign of the Ming Dynasty, the coastal areas of southeast China was badly disturbed by Japanese pirates, with Shaoxing being one of the worst plaees.Xu Wei from Shanyin the present day Shaoxing literarily fought in the war. From 1553 to 1557,and from December 1957 to November 1562,he wrote 38 anti - pirate poems.As the southern area of the Changjiang River（especially Shaoxing and its surrounding areas）and the period of anti - Japanese pirates is of particular importance to the poet,a discussion of the poems was made.
