摘要
糟渣干制作饲料是充分利用工业废弃物,减少环境污染的主要途径.由于产品附加值低,降低干制成本是推广糟渣类物料有效利用的关键.分析研究了湿糟渣的含水特性和脱水机理,提出了"机械压滤脱水——高温搅拌干燥——中间破碎——二级气流干燥"的多步法干制工艺.试验结果表明:该工艺和设备组成合理可靠,具有综合成本低和产品质量好的特点,对实际生产具有指导意义.
Desiccating high-humidity materials such as grain-dregs is a main method to make full use of industrial wastes and an efficient way to reduce environmental pollution. Due to the low additional value of such materials, to reduce their desiccating cost is the key means to utilize them effectively. This paper, after an analysis of the moisture characteristics and dehydrating principle of such humid materials, puts forward a procedure of desiccation techniques, namely, "pressure filtrating and dehydrating----high- temperature agitating desiccation medial fragmentation--secondary air desiccation". These techniques, together with the equipments matched, are proved to be reasonable, reliable and typical of low cost and high quality, thus providing some guidance to practical production.
