摘要
香港的保险业非常发达,是亚太区内保险公司最密集的地区,香港保险业的发展及其监管模式和经验尤其值得内地借鉴。本文分析了香港保险市场的发展现状,并从监管架构、监管法律体系、监管效率、中介人素质培养等方面概括了其监管特点和经验,有针对性地提出了完善内地保险监管体系的措施。
Insurance industry is well developed in Hong Kong, which has the biggest number of locally chartered insurance companies in Asia-Pacific area. The development and supervisory patterns and experiences of Hong Kong insurance in- dustry are especially valuable for China. This paper analyzes latest development of Hong Kong insurance industry, summarizes the experiences and characteristics from the perspective of supervisory framework, legal system and efficiency of supervision, as well as broker quality cultivation and supervision. It concludes with measures to improve China＇s insurance supervision system.
