双面复合补片在腹壁切口疝修补术中的应用

Open repair of ventral incisional hernia with dual-sided complex patch

目的探讨复合补片治疗腹壁切口疝的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月至2008年9月间6例腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料。结果应用Bard Composix Mesh和Bard Composix Kugel补片行腹腔内修补6例。术后所有患者均顺利恢复,局部感觉良好,未发生切口感染、皮下血清肿、肠梗阻、窦道形成和肠瘘,随访6～48个月,无1例复发。结论应用双面复合补片腹腔内置入修补切口疝是一种安全、有效、可靠的治疗腹壁切口疝的方法。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of open ventral incisional hernia repair with dual-sided complex patch. Methods The clinical data of 6 patients who underwent open ventral incisional hernia repair in our hospital from January 2004 to September 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Bard Composix Mesh or Bard Composix Kugel Patch was used to intraperitoneal repair of ventral incisional hernia. No patient suffered from hernia recurrence during the follow-up from 6 to 48 months. All patients were cured. No complication such as wound infection, seroma formation, bowel obstruction, sinus formation, intestinal fistula occurred. Conclusions Using dual-sided complex patch to intraperitoneal repair of ventral incisional hernia is safe, effective and reliable.
