人工合成补片在修补腹壁切口疝中的临床应用

Tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of patients with incisional hernia of abdominal wall

目的总结人工合成补片修补腹壁切口疝的临床经验。方法对我院2003年6月至2009年3月收治的32例腹壁切口疝临床资料进行回顾性分析。32例患者均采用肌后修补法(sublay法),其中25例应用加固法,7例应用桥接法。结果本组全部使用人工合成补片对切口疝进行修补。32例均痊愈出院,无严重并发症,随访1～68个月,均无复发。结论应用人工合成补片采用肌后修补法修补切口疝是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of mesh repair on abdominal incisional hernia. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of abdominal incisional hernia treated in our hospital from June 2003 to March 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. All cases underwent sublay repair, among which ,25 cases with reinforcement,7 cases with bridging. Results All cases were healed and no severe complication happened. All cases were followed up and no recurrence during 1 to 68 months. Conclusions Sublay repair of incisional hernia of abdominal wall with mesh was a safe and superior method.
