摘要
1975年12月～1996年10月共收治自发性食管破裂23例。本文重点对误诊后病人的治疗进行了讨论，采用脓胸廓清术、食管裂口修补、带蒂大网膜移植是较好的治疗方法。
23 cases of spontaneous rupture of exophagus received surgical treatment from Dec. 1975 to Oct. 1996. This article emphasizes the discussion on the treatment of the patients having been misdiagnosed. It is suggested that empyemic debridement, esophagus split neoplarty, and transplantation of pedunculated greater omentum should be taken as the treatment methods.
