摘要
文章以中国援阿富汗帕尔旺水利修复项目承建施工阶段为例,阐述如何建立预防援外工程项目风险机制,通过在项目实施过程中如何化解各种风险,并将风险分析的方法应用到国际工程承包项目当中。
By taking the construction experience of the Rehabilitation Works of China-aided Afghanistan Parwan Irrigation Project as an example,via explication on solutions of all kinds of risks during the construction duration,this article expatiates how to establish the risk prevent system in China-aided Project and apply the risk analysis method to International Engineering Contract Project.
