摘要
IPTV作为数字视频的一个重要业务,其提供的视频质量对于用户来说非常重要。如何对IPTV系统提供的数字视频质量进行评价是近年来研究的热点和难点。本文介绍了视频质量主观评价方法和客观评价方法的研究进展,分析了无参考度量技术,对比各种算法、视频质量评价的标准化状况,总结了IPTV视频质量评价的难点和研究方向。
It is important for IPTV to provide high quality video service. How to evaluate the video quality of IPTV system is popular and difficult research in recent years. This article analyzes the recent advances of subjective and objective video quality assessment method. Three major types of objective assessment method are discussed in detail, including Full-reference, Reduce-reference and No-reference. As conclusion, the assessment of IPTV video quality problems and points out that No-reference is a promising direction of research and application.
