护理体检评估在强直性脊柱炎后路手术体位护理中的应用

通过对强直性脊柱炎患者充分评估,提供满意的体位护理。用自定的护理体检方法评估患者体态、颈椎、肩、髋、膝关节功能,测试体位架与患者躯干吻合程度。根据评估结果,做好个性化准备工作,患者手术体位安置均满足手术医生需求,无一例并发症发生。通过护理体检评估提高了强直性脊柱炎手术体位护理的预见性、安全性及有效性。

Through sufficient assessment and preoperative preparation, the ankylosing spondylitis patients were positioned properly in the operation. The patients＇ posture and the function of cervical spine, shoulder, hip and knee joint were evaluated by physical examination methods, and the extent of the agreement between body frame and trunk was tested. According to the results of the assessment, personalized preoperative preparation was taken and patients were positioned properly to match the needs of the surgeons, and positioning related complication did not occurr. The predictability, safety and effectiveness of operative position were improved through preoperative physical examination.
