新生儿窒息对血糖的影响

The affection of blood glucose in newborns with asphyxia.

目的探讨新生儿窒息引起的血糖变化,并分析窒息程度与血糖变化的关系。方法对窒息组及对照组新生儿进行血糖测定,并对结果进行比较分析。结果新生儿轻度窒息存在低血糖,而重度窒息时血糖升高。结论注意监测血糖,保持血糖稳定,减轻脑损伤。

Objective： To investigate the changes of blood glucose in newborns with asphyxia and analyze the relationship between the degree of asphyxia and the changes of blood glucose. Method： Blood glucose were detected in asphyxia group and control group and the results were analyzed. Result： The levels of blood glucose in the newborns with asphyxia were much lower than those in the control group. The levels of blood glucose in the newborns with severe asphyxia were much higher than those in the control group. Conclusion： Pay attention to detect blood glucose and maintain the blood glucose in normal extent. It can decrease brain injured.
