摘要
针对大型UPS中低频逆变变压器的负载特性,结合目前应用最广泛的NOMEX绝缘系统的结构特点,对影响UPS中变压器内在寿命的一些因素,从材料老化机制上做出分析,并且以实际案例计算和比较了不同负载状态对绝缘老化和机械老化的显著影响,指出混合绝缘设计、提高耐温等级、控制制造稳定性以及合理选型与使用是提高UPS中变压器产品寿命的重要手段。对目前行业中看似不合乎理论的设计选择基准作出尝试性的理解说明。
Based on working situations of UPS inverter transformers and life deterioration mechanism of Class H Nomex insulation system, this paper lists out the inherent and outside elements those influence much of transformers working life. Through caleulating of one transformer sample, gives out theory analysis methods and calculation formulas. The strategy to improve life performance come out as Hybrid insulation, thermal running margin, continuous manufacture level and proper application occasions.
