高海拔列车上列车员脑组织氧饱和度的无创检测 被引量:1

Non-invasive detection of cerebral oxygen saturation of attendants on high-altitude trains

摘要 研究青藏铁路车厢内供氧是否能减轻缺氧对列车员脑组织的损伤。采用自主开发的近红外组织氧无损监测仪检测了在低海拔(平均海拔0.5~2.0km)路段和车厢内供氧的高海拔(平均海拔3.0~5.0 km,车厢内氧浓度维持在23%~25%)路段的列车员脑组织氧饱和度(rSO2),同时用脉搏血氧仪无创检测列车员指端脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)。高海拔路段同低海拔路段相比,rSO2平均下降3.6%,SpO2平均下降3.7%。这表明:车厢内供氧缓解了高原缺氧,但因个别列车员脑组织rSO2仍显著下降,所以对青藏铁路列车员的脑保护仍待研究。 High-altitude hypoxia is harmful to the attendants' health on the Qinghai-Tibet railway. A near infrared tissue oximeter was developed to non-invasively measure the cerebral regional oxygen saturation (rSO2) of attendants along the low-altitude section (altitude 0. 5 - 2.0 km) and the high-altitude section (altitude 3.0 - 5.0 km) with enhanced oxygen level to 23% - 25% in the compartments. The pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) was detected simultaneously using a pulse oximeter. The cerebral rSO2 decreased by 3.6 %, while the pulse SpO2 decreased by 3.7 % on average along the high-altitude section compared with the low-altitude section, which indicates that an increased oxygen supply on the train might relieve the cerebral hypoxia induced by the high altitude. The cerebral rSO2 decreased significantly for some cases, indicating that more research is needed.
