摘要
以Pro/E作为特征信息提取平台,提出一个基于零件特征设计的CAPP系统,该系统利用Pro/E的特征造型模块对零件几何信息进行精确描述,通过运用设计特征信息和辅助人机输入的方式完成制造特征信息的提取,介绍一种有效的自动特征识别和加工信息提取的方法。
Using Pro/E as the platform for feature recognition, discusses a feature-based CAPP system, in which the basic geometric surfaces of a mechanical part are accurately represented and specified by the feature-design module in Pro/E. Complete manufacturing information can be extracted by analyzing the feature-based design data and with the help of necessary interactive human inputs. The proposed feature-based CAPP system introduces an effective method for automatic feature recognition and machining information collection.
