摘要
研究机构运动分析与尺寸误差分析之间的内在联系。介绍机构运动与误差分析的向量环路线性规划法,分析运用运动分析灵敏度进行误差分析的可能性。算例结果充分验证了所述方法的正确性、可行性,这为解决当前市场上短缺专业的机构尺寸误差分析软件问题提供了一种方法,使借助常用的运动学分析软件实现误差分析成为可能。
The relationship between kinematic analysis and tolerance analysis is studied, and a method is intruduced to perform how to link them. The vector loop equation Direct Linearization Method ( DLM ), generally used to take kinematic or tolerance analysis,is introduced. And then research the Tolerance Analysis using Kinematieally-derived Sensitivities (TAKS)method. The results of the example given prove the correctness and feasibility of TAKS. Based on the TAKS method, there is a new way to solve the software limitation for tolerance analysis, and it's viable to realize tolerance analysis by means of kinametic analysis software.
