摘要
适用于控制领域的TMS320C2000系列数字信号处理器(DSP)内部集成了模拟/数字(AD)转换模块,为进一步提高其转换精度,实现更精确控制,提出对AD转换模块存在的增益误差和偏移误差,采用加参考信号与编程算法结合的方法进行校正补偿,给出具体的校正方案,并在F2812芯片上进行验证。试验结果表明,此方法起到了补偿误差的作用,能够大幅度提高转换精度。
TMS320C2000 series DSP,which fitted control using well, has integrated AD converter. A compensating method is proposed to enhance the converting precision, by adding reference signal and programming algorithm, calibrate the existing gain error and excursion error. The material calibrating method is given,and the method is validated on F2812 DSP chip. The experiment result indicates that the method taking effect to compensate the error,enhancing the converting precision at a large extent.
