摘要
弹性胀圈属薄壁多槽口零件,冷/热加工变形一直是机械加工工艺的难题。在分析弹性胀圈工件冷热加工变形及装夹变形的基础上,改进原有的加工工艺,探索出一套生产弹性胀圈的合理工艺方案,为各种类型弹性胀圈提供了行之有效的加工方法。
Flexible expansion ring is multi-channel thin-walled parts, hot and cold processing deformation has been a machinery processing diffieuh. Based on the analysis of hot and eold deformation of flexible ring workpieee and elamping deformation, to improve the existing processing teehniques,explored a set of reasonable production technology of flexible expansion ring,to provide effective processing methods for various types of flexible expansion ring.
