鼻内窥镜下鼻咽部局限性病变微波治疗术(附35例分析)

Microwave operation for local lesion of nasopharynx under nasalendoscope: Report of 35 cases

在鼻内窥镜下应用微波治疗仪治疗鼻咽部局限性病变３５例，其中良性病变３２例，鼻咽癌放疗后病灶残留３例，均收到良好效果。本法具有视野清晰、疗效高、病人痛苦少等优点。

\ The microwave therapeutic apparatus under the endoscopic transnasal was applied to perform treatments on thirty-five patients with pathological changes in the nasopharynx,including thirty-two patients with benign changes and three cases with the nasopharynx cancer who had remained focuses after radiotherapy. The satisfied effects were observed in all casesUnder the endoscopic transnasal,the visual field is clear,and the whole tissuses with pathological changes could be accurately removed away with little blood loss from the patients,who exhibited no signs of discomfort \ \
