摘要
随着新课程改革的不断深化,专业发展已经成为教师安身立命的根本。有效的教研活动是引导教师“走上从事研究这条幸福的道路上来”的有效形式,是促进教师专业发展、提升教学质量的主要途径。过去的校本教研活动,由于时间、内容、组织等方面的问题,教研效果很不理想。本文在分析传统校本教研活动利弊的基础上,提出在信息技术的支持下构建高效的校本教研活动,强调在这种教研模式中要注意建立激励机制、构建安全的对话性环境、营造社会临场感,缩短交互影响距离,同时注意把教研内容控制在教师的最近发展区。
With the deepening of New Course Reform, teachers' professional development has become extremely important. Efficient school-based teaching research has been the main method to facilitate teachers' professional development, enhance teaching quality and promote students' sound development. Past school-based teaching research has been unsatisfactory because of problems in the time, personnel, content and the organizing form. The paper first analyses the strengths and weakness of regular teaching research activities, then introduces three modes of school-based teaching research activity, on which basis the author brings forth that it is necessary to construct a high-efficient teaching research pattern with the use of modern information technology, where motivational mechanism should be established, conversa- tional characteristic and the construction of warm and safe environment should be emphasized, social presence should be created to shorten interactive distance and content of teaching research should be within teachers' zone of proximal development.
