摘要 目的:研究P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测84例食管鳞状细胞癌患者的肿瘤相关基因:P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin的表达。结果:(1)P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为35.7%(30/84)、66.7%(56/84)、61.9%(52/84)。(2)P-选择素蛋白的阳性表达检出率在高分化及中-低分化的比较,未侵及肌层、侵及肌层的比较,有、无淋巴结转移的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)Ang-2蛋白的阳性表达率在高分化及中-低分化的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在未侵及肌层、侵及肌层的比较,有、无淋巴结转移的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)Paxillin蛋白的阳性表达率在高分化与中-低分化的比较,在未侵及肌层和侵及肌层的比较,在有、无淋巴结转移的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin的表达在食管鳞状细胞癌发生中起很重要的作用。(2)Ang-2蛋白与肿瘤恶性程度有密切关系,对判定预后、指导化疗有一定的意义。(3)Paxillin蛋白与食管鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度、进展、转移关系密切,可能成为判定肿瘤恶性度、预后的标志物。 Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical pathology significance of P-selection. Ang-2.Paxillin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods :Immunohistochemical staining method of S-P was used to detect the P-selection.Ang-2.Paxillin expressions in 84 eases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and in 15 cases of normal tissues, and to analyse the relationship between them and different clinical pathological factors. Results: (1) The positive frequency of P-selection, Ang-2. Paxillin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was 35.7% (30/84), 66.7% (56/84)respectively, 61.9% (52/84). (2) The expressions of Pselection of differenciation,infiltratiion, lymphnode metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinomant, there was no difference (P〉0. 05). (3) The expressions of Ang-2 of differenciation in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,compared with them,threr was difference between them (P〈0. 05). The expressions of Ang-2 of infiltratiion,lymphnode metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ,there was no difference (P〉0. 05). (4)The expressions of paxillin of differenciation,infiltraiion,lymphnode metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, there was difference (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: (1) P-selection, Ang-2, Paxillin play a role in pathogenesis. (2)The expression of Ang-2 was a closed relationship with classification , no closed relationship with development and metastasis. (3)Paxillin is a marker of tumor prognosis.
