DRI在膳食摄入评价中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 膳食参考摄入量(DRI)是在推荐的膳食供给量(RDA)的基础上发展起来的一组参考值,它们的应用也与传统的RDA有所不同。为了体现DRI中新参考值的作用,美国医学研究所食品与营养委员会2000年详细介绍了DRI在膳食评价中的应用。本文摘要编译了该文中DRI在个体或群体膳食摄入适宜性评价中的具体应用及计算公式。
