铁强化常用评价指标比较 被引量：5

摘要 为了更好地评估机体铁营养状况和食物强化干预效果,本文阐述了各种常用的铁评价指标的代谢、功能及特点,比较了各指标判断铁缺乏的灵敏度和特异度,提出了评价人群铁营养状况的推荐指标组合。
