摘要 从水果尺寸、形状、颜色、缺陷等几个方面的检测技术及特征分类方法,介绍了国内外计算机视觉技术在水果分级中的研究进展,重点介绍了水果的缺陷检测技术,并认为具有启发式、智能化特点的彩色图像处理技术将会成为计算机视觉技术应用于水果分级领域的研究热点。 The paper presented the advances in the application of computer-vision to the fruit grading areas, such as the measuring of fruit's size, shape, color, defect, etc.The character selection technology was also introduced and the defect detection is presented particularly.The heuristic and intelligent color image processing techniques were considered to have promising applications in fruit grading.
